Qwen Image Edit is an asynchronous image editing model. It takes one source image and a text instruction, then returns a public GENGEN task ID immediately after the task is accepted. The model is suited for adding, removing, or modifying visual elements, changing backgrounds, applying style changes, and other text-guided image edits. In GENGEN, Qwen Image Edit uses a dedicated image edit task endpoint and returns qwenedit:<remote_id> public task IDs.
