# BytePlus Video Enhancement

> Enhance video clarity, reduce noise and compression artifacts, and optionally interpolate frames.

BytePlus AI MediaKit provides Standard and Professional video quality enhancement through a dedicated asynchronous API.

Submit a public video URL. GENGEN reserves a fixed balance amount before processing; successful tasks are charged using the actual output duration and specifications.

Output links are temporary and normally valid for 24 hours. Download the result before it expires. GENGEN does not archive these videos.

This capability is currently available through the public API only. See [Video enhancement](/api-reference/byteplus/video-enhancement/overview) for parameters and examples.
